Author/Speaker, Stephen Cherniske, will discuss the topics in his book, The Metabolic Makeover, as well as answer any questions the audience has on nutrition. Every person that purchases a ticket and attends the event will also receive a copy of his book, The Metabolic Makeover, as well as light refreshments.
For those that are interested we will also offer a free book club to all attendees once a week for 3 weeks to discuss the book and it's teachings.
This is an information and education meeting, not a big sales pitch in disguise.
